Sorry for the long gap in posts.... we have been very busy lately!
At the end of February we moved to Des Moines because of my new job. I started the day after we moved and its been moving fast ever since. A job requirement is a series 6 investment license because I will be working with retirement plans. I studied a thick book for 3 weeks and then took my test which, mercifully, I passed on the first try. It was a blessing in disguise that Josh was not around because it was much easier to study with no one around to distract me.
Josh graduates in may and moves down here immediately after, hopefully he will find a job he likes very soon and then we can stop counting our pennies so closely!
Spring is slowly but surely coming to the midwest and we cannot wait to start spending afternoons and evenings on our porch that overlooks a city park. There are birds,deer, raccoons, and other little creatures that make our view very exciting for little kitty kats to watch.
Speaking of, Colbert has already broken a window blind in our bedroom. We are taking the damages out of his allowance.
